My wife was absolutely baffled by my love for this movie.

It's so awesome. Tom Atkins is my hero.

What is not to like about a movie that blends elements of sci-fi aliens, 50s horror, slasher, and zombie movies crams a love story, a coming of age story, a friendship story and spoofs other 80s horror movies all in the same movie starring Tom Atkins and the European Vacation version of Rusty?

Meh. My wife doesn't get it either.

Awesome find Creep. If you watch the first clip from the cast interviews I posted earlier, Fred Dekker wrote the movie starting with that line.

I now understand the love that people have for this film, especially considering the amount of snark in it. The film was very self aware, and had a bunch of references to great scifi and b movies which was pretty cool. I thought the 'thesis' that JC spouts (about being too serious and making yourself depressed) early was little ham handed but definitely helps 'set the mood'.

Its funny cause I thought 'the finger' moment was the most cringe worthy (even more than the gratuitous changing and shower scenes) moment in the film. It was just a little too long, but as an animated gif it works great.

I'm excited to see what Mr. Ex chooses. Are we still going to wait another week?

Brad: Okay, so we put you up to it... but we said the Phi Omega Gamma house, *not* the Kappa Delta sorority. Do you know the difference?

This is what I love about the 80's. Any movie could turn into a T&A fest for no reason whatsoever. Also, I'd hate to see what a PG-13 pussy looks like...

Wait, actually now I'm intrigued.

What I really liked about Night of the Creeps is that it is essentially a horror movie, but they capture the best of the 80's - good horror, good action and they throw enough of that teen comedy vibe in there.

Plus, anytime can be Miller time...

Y'know, I didn't like this movie. I just don't think it holds up to other films in the low budget horror-comedy area. Evil Dead 2 and Dead Alive are just leagues better.

This movie needed more zombie pets, more gore, and way more Tom Atkins.

Truth be told there's not much I can say about this movie. I had planned on taking notes while I watched it and writing out a full review, but instead I ended up watching it with my wife while I ate ice cream. I'll try harder next time.

I finally got a chance to watch this movie and while it's not my cup of tea, I did enjoy it (and really, that's the point). Just probably wouldn't watch it again.

Nothing really stood out for me in this movie, just something from the 80s. I can see where some people would like it, and I know a few of my friends would (and probably already do) enjoy it.

All around good pick. (I'm going to try and watch the next one a bit earlier)
