The only problem I've had with it happened recently, the audio is out of sync in the 2 newest episodes of Legend of the Seeker. It's like that on my 360 and on my laptop, I havn't tried on the PS3 but I assume its the same, the audio is synced on my iPad however. Don't know why the iPad is so special but it works.

It's not really a problem but one of the episodes of Prison Break that I watched last night had like 5 minutes of the colored lines and a high pitched whine then it showed some weird DVD menu and then the episode played just fine.

Forgive that this is completely unrelated to NotC, but it's in the same genre, and this moviebox is over. Anyways, I've been watching the Giant Bomb Endurance Run of Deadly Premonition (fucking amazing stuff by the way) and during it, Agent York, who has a rather eccentric taste in movies, brought up a movie called Deadly Spawn and highly recommended it, so based off of his recommendation (yes, the recommendation of a video game character) I watched it last night with a friend and it was amazing. We watched a torrented copy, and honestly the sound was a little unbearable at first, but holy shit was the movie great. It was funny, and gory and just all around excellent and entertaining through the entire run time. I kind of wish I would have went with my initial pick for Moviebox, cause there is so much amazing comedy/horror out there, I feel like we could do a movie club based solely on the genre. Anyways, if you loved/liked NotC and want something in a similar vein, I highly recommend Deadly Spawn.

OFF TOPIC:

After reading your post, I decided to check out the Deadly Premontion endurance run. I heard someone say that this game was so bad it's good...and after watching a few of the videos last night I have to agree! There were parts in the videos that had me laughing so hard that I was in tears! Did you see York's smile? OMG...hilarious!

Yeah, the game is unbelievable. Its like the video game equivalent of all these cheesy movies we've been watching. I'm so excited for the endurance run, because I know I could never suffer through the mechanics in order to see the actual game. Now I get to see it twice, with two funny sets of dudes commentating! I'm 100+ episodes into the Persona 4 Endurance Run too, and that's pretty much the same type of thing. The game is so fucking hysterically bad and horribly translated, and the guys are constantly funning on it. I know I would never trudge through the hours of mindless dungeon crawling in order to see the funny bits, so I'm loving that one as well.

You're watching both sets at once? It's funny seeing Vinnie play and figure out gameplay elements in a pretty decent rate, and then like 15 episodes in, Brad is still bumbling around like a tard and Ryan's screaming at him, "To your left! Your left! No, to your left! LEFT!" with Brad sitting there the whole while spinning his aim around like he's got Parkinson's.

I've only been watching Brad and Ryan's run. I love the fact that Brad tends to do everything in the most complicated friggen way...like trying to find his way without a map and shooting zombies in the ass. LOL.

He's sooo bad at video games. I can't fathom how he has a career covering them.

You should really check out VJ though. They are the returning vets from the P4 run. They have a much better chemistry and spend a lot more of the run time actually commentating the game instead of just sitting by and watching it. With Deadly Premonition more than Persona 4, the game itself provides most of the humor, but the extra layer of tomfoolery on top that Vinnie and Jeff provide make it truly magickal.

Cool...I'll start the VJ series tonight. I'm 17 videos in on the Brad & Ryan run, and this game just keeps getting better and better!
