The Geekbox: Episode 82

Thanks to everyone who attended the Rebel FM/Geekbox: How to Podcast Like a Pirate panel at last weekend’s Penny Arcade Expo. We’ll have audio (and hopefully video) up soon. In the meantime, please enjoy this week’s episode, which sadly does not feature Alice Liang (who’s still decompressing from a particularly crazy PAX), but instead, my awesome wife April, in her second Geekbox appearance. Oh, and if you’re up for some Team Fortress 2, we have a Geekbox group on Steam and an official TF2 server (69.197.191.222:27015), run by Geekbox forum superstar Mr_eX. Games are every Sunday at 4PM Pacific time! Check the forum thread for more details, and have fun!

The Geekbox: Episode 80

This week, I’m happy to welcome new Geekbox regular Alice Liang into the fold, replacing Andrew Fitch’s vacant spot. We’ve also got Jeff Green (former editor in chief of Computer Gaming World/Games for Windows: The Official Magazine, and possibly the greatest person ever) guest-starring. Enjoy the show!

The Geekbox: Episode 79

This week, Geekbox co-host Andrew Fitch says goodbye — at least in the short term. We wish him the best in his mysterious new job (he’s relocating for a few months, hence the podcast departure), and he will definitely be missed. Not to worry though: We’ve got a new series regular coming on board next week to replace our fourth spot. We’ll save the big surprise until episode 80, but my one hint is that it’s someone you’ve heard on the show before. Also, my good friend and mentor Jeff Green — of Computer Gaming World, GFW Radio, EA.com, and general Internet fame — will be making a guest appearance on next week’s episode. Hell yeah!

The Geekbox: Episode 78

This week, we talk about stuff and things. Like Castlevania HD, which is awesome. You know, unless you don’t like stuff that doesn’t suck. Anyway, enjoy this week’s episode. And buy Castlevania HD. It is, as you may have heard one sentence up, awesome.

The Geekbox: Episode 77

It’s a two-man-and-one-woman squad this week, as Andrew Fitch is out with his own one-man-and-two-woman squad. Or, at least, that’s the rumor we’re spreading. Enjoy!

Also: Be sure to check out our ginormous new Amazon store (it’s also linked in the top nav bar). We’ll be adding stuff to it periodically; hopefully you find it useful!

The Geekbox: Episode 76

On this week’s episode, British listener Edward Cook travels all the way from the UK just to guest-star on the Geekbox. Well, not really, but he guest-stars anyway, and adds a touch of class to the place (if I do say so myself). Also, for anyone wondering about Inception spoilers: They’re not until the very end of the episode (as they were with last week’s), and we call them out beforehand, so — like Green Lantern — you should have no fear. Enjoy!
