    The PSP and PS Vita are region free.
    The PS3 is region free.

    all Nintendo handhelds from the DS and back are region free.

    I can’t stand Karen Chu, I’m not listening anymore because she’s so obnoxious and desperate to always be right and prove herself cleverer than everyone else on the podcast. eurgh!

    Starting with the PSP all PlayStation consoles have been region-free.

    It’s February 2013 and Ryan Scott discovers the PS3 is region free, more than six years after it launched. One wonders what other misapprehensions about gaming he is still laboring under.

    The PSP is also region free for UMD games. I own a few PSP games that were purchased in New Zealand but they work fine on my American PSP.

    Just think of the opportunities for porting games now! The PC can only be stronger.
